The curriculum is designed across four levels to help you replace the patterns keeping you stuck, expand your capacity for more, and become the woman who naturally commands higher income, stronger positioning, and bigger opportunities:
- Weekly live sessions alternating between a workshop and a coaching session
- One 1:1 session with me to get clear on what you are creating and where you are going throughout the duration of the program
- Integration weeks will be built in to integrate material, and accompanied resources will be provided
- Breakdown of the curriculum levels we will work through during our 3 months together are briefly outlined below

I'm a mom, wife, and entrepreneur. I’m also a licensed therapist, and my work is grounded in 10+ years of experience, and a deep understanding of how the subconscious mind and nervous system shape the way we think, act, and create results.
Because of my background, I'm trained to see the blind spots that are keeping you at your current level, and the shifts that will allow you to move differently.
You can listen to a podcast, or read a book, but what women at your level need is someone who can help identify what they can’t see on their own and guide them through real, lasting change.
I’ve done this work myself. I’ve shifted out of operating from pressure and into building a life and business that actually aligns with who I am and what I genuinely want.
